Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirement:
- Degree holder, preferably in following disciplines : Business, Marketing, or Management
- 5 years of above solid sales experience with the ability to manage the whole sales cycle and proven sales record
- Experience gained in the Asian markets preferred
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
Duty:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies and policies for new and existiog products in Hong Kong, Macau, PRC and new markets in Asia to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Prepare business and sales proposals for partners and clients
- Recommend advertising and promotional campaigns, distribution channels, set standards and price levels
- Maintain good market network and industry information to ensure the Company is updated on opportunities and competitors activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with major suppliers, key retailers, industry associations where necessary
- Plan, develop and implement training for all marketing and sales staff
