Sales Trainer in Retail, Corporate and Personal Selling(Part-Time)
Requirement:
- Degree in any related major, who should have al least 5years selling experience with 3years management experience for non-degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in retail selling, corporate selling and personal selling industries.
- Experience and knowledable in training faciliation or coaching would be more advantageous
- Relevant working experience in sales, marketing and management are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Duty:
- Design and deliver the sales, sales management or any related topics for our corporate clients and public students.(Motivation, Team Building, Negotiation, Supervisory Skill)
- Meeting with corporate client and discover the training needs.
- Write training proposal for corporate training project
