Requirement:

Degree in life science, Phd or MD preferable.
At least 5 years relevant working experience in clinical, medical device and pharmaceutical clinical affairs.
Relevant working experience in oncology is highly preferred.
Management experience with CROs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Well developed interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed basis.

Implement clinical programs including clinical studies, publications, CyberKnife (CK) society so forth in Asia (such as : CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery Systemand clinics, hospitals, etc.).
Understand CK practice in different country markets in the region, and identify specific treatment opportunities and techniques to support clinical application growth strategy.
Manage all current clinical study sites in Asia for progress monitoring, data collection, communication with the regional investigators to ensure efficient and realistic completion.
Work with key clinicians to identify regional research hypothesis and design clinical studies.
Increase regional publications and conference presentations, identify publication opportunities and assist/work with users in the region to increase clinical evidence.
Participate actively in on-site and in-house customer visits, product demonstrations and training activities with emphasis on clinical techniques.
Support medical professionals outreach activities such as CME, editorial programs, peer-to-peer conferences, customer education programs and company sponsored symposia.
