Requirement:

BS degree with minimum 5 years solid experience in the medical device field (preferable in radiation therapy/oncology), MBA or MSc is highly preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop positive business relationships with all functional areas as well as the medical community and customers.
Must have strong analytical and multi-tasking skills, willing to work under pressure.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, able to communicate with Japanese or Korean is an advantage.
Travel is required.

Formulate and execute product strategies and marketing programs in Asia Pacific Region.
Develop and deliver product training and appropriate usage of product collaterals for direct sales teams and distributors.
Develop and oversee product positioning and differentiation in each country marketplace.
Communicate, coordinate and monitor all product related market penetration, competitive strategies and product issues on regional level.
Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and Neurosurgeons in order to define the product and market needs and translate those requirements for product development.
Assist in exploring new market opportunities for treatment with the CyberKnife and helping define and develop customer user interfaces.
Maintain strategic focus to drive the growth of the product while also maximizing enhancements to the existing product line.
