Professional Diploma in Sales Management and Strategies

Objective

This training course is designed for the senior sales or junior management in sales industry who are working in sales and marketing industries, and aims to help those existing participants in enhancing their knowledge and skills on sales & marketing field.

Programe Structure

This programme can be completed in one year. It consists of seven module, with a profession diploma being awarded upon successful completion of the course.

    • Sales Force Management
    • Types of Professional Sales Industries
      (B2B, B2C, C2C, Direct sales, Retail and Tele-sales)
    • Account Servicing and Customer Relationship Management(CRM)
    • Advertising and Promotion Strategies
    • 21 Century and Basic of Strategic Sales Management
    • Sales & Project Management Report

  • 140hours
  • 14:30 – 18:30 (5weeks per module)

Certificate

  • Given the participant fulfill the course requirement and passed the exam, the participant can get a certificate on "Professional Diploma in Strategic Sales Management" by Hong Kong Sales Association (HKSA).
  • If the participant attends over 70% of the training course, you can get a attendance certificate “Attendance Certificate in Strategic Sales Management” by “Hong Kong Sales Association” (HKSA).

Advancement Path

Who can be Fellow of HKSA "Hong Kong Sales Association" by obtained on completion of the

HKSA Professional Diploma in Strategic Sales Management or Post-graduate course in Sales Management.
